“Too many must-try dishes! We had the Chengdu dan dan & Jiangxi beef rice noodles, plus the Beijing flat bread (so flaky!) and veggies -- qianlong cabbage & bean sprout salads. Seasoning was perfect (you gotta like spice for the Jiangxi beef) and the noodles, great Q. Big portions. I love that the veggie sides -- maybe 5 options? -- are gratis. One of us (no names) usu skips their veggies but we both loved these. Def want to work my way through this menu.”

“Wow! I am from China and familiar with many Chinese food over the years, but I am stunned by the authenticity, flavor and quality of the food here. They are amazing! Yes, they are hard to beat even in China! The food is from 15 to 20 dollars, but they can easily serve 2 meals. So a great deal also. Free appetizers are wonderful by themselves. I can see the owner care about their customers and proud about their food. Try here and you will like it.”

“Went to Noodleverse as I live across the street and was properly surprised! The spicy beef brisket soup was… SPICY! But also so flavorful and delicious. I would recommend picking up your order as they have an assortment of pickled veggies that the service team packed for us once we made our selections. Small win - they even packaged the noodles separate from the broth to make sure the to go order was not soggy. Can’t wait to come back!”

“I had not only an amazing soup here, but the most incredible Napa cabbage side salad. The sides are free and the chef was very happy to serve and discuss these sides with you. I felt welcomed, I had a great meal, and I left with a container of extra salad. Great experience”
